Lionshead Beer (commonly called by the misnomer "Lion's Head" or "Loin's Head") is the flagship beer of Lion Brewery of Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania, who have been producing an exceptional-quality brew for an exceptional price. At Byron's Liquor Town (located at NW 23rd and Broadway Extension in Oklahoma City) one can find a "travel pack" containing 12 long necks for $9.19. The more economically-minded can purchase a case of 24 longnecks for $14.86.

While it might make sense to always purchase a case, the Travel Pack indeed lives up to its name, fitting perfectly into a messenger bag or pannier (which is useful if you spend a lot of time on a bicycle).

Apparently Lionshead recently underwent a radical packaging redesign which resulted in not only better-designed bottle labels and cartons, but also more environmentally friendly packaging--the labels use 40% less paper and the 6/12/24 pack material is printed on lightweight, un-bleached and un-waxed stock.

Another way that Lionshead caters to one's modern lifestyle is the introduction of the "puzzlecap", a sobriety indicator in which a simple (if slightly blurry) rebus is printed on the underside of every beer cap. General consensus holds that if you cannot solve the rebus you do not need any more beer. (Except for the BACTONATOR rebus, which has, to my knowledge, only been solved once).
